I would like to know if I buy a computer having a DDR2 Memory, could I add my DDR together with DDR2 memory on the motherboard? In another word, can DDR and DDR2 work together in the same computer?

NO my frend,
the latest motherboards that come now to the market supports only DDR2, and there is no way to connect any DDR1 in this type of motherboard.
if you are purchasing intel then you will have to buy D102GGc mother board it supports DDR2 and itz perfomance is cool with a dual core processor.
