Have you ever made a purchase off of TV? Was it a good experience for you?

There has to be some of you out there that has bought something off the TV. So, did everything go ok with your order? I would like to know what the stats are on ShopNBC from anyone willing to give their input. I bought a TV from there, and had the WORST experience ever. It took them forever to process the order, and I ended up being fed up with it. I cancelled the order and they shipped it anyway, said it wasn't cancelled. Then, I had to wait 4 months to get nearly $2000 refunded. AND, they kept my shipping fees of $100. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Anyone ever had a bad experience with this company besides me? I don't see how they get any kind of good reviews if they treat everyone like I was treated!
