Is morning sickness bringing anyone else down?

I know it's called morning sickness even though it's all day. For me, I haven't thrown up much, but I've been pretty much nonstop nauseous. Plus incredibly tired! I don't remember it being this bad my first two pregnancies!I guess it doesn't help that were moving starting this week and we only have 8 days to completely move into the new house and get the old house in tip top shape. I'm feeling like total crap the past few days.

I can totally empathise with you! I feel sick almost continuously but worst in the morning and evening and I'm so tired, I just want to sleep all the time. I'm only 10 weeks pregnant and hope this won't last much longer! I hope you feel better soon as well. You really need to get some help with your move, you can't do it yourself. Good luck!

Thanks for commenting! We finally got the move complete. We just have to finish unpacking! That is one stress finally out of the way! I'll be 10 weeks this saturday! I have my first ob appt on tuesday, so that will be another stress out of the way. The being sick has decreased a lot in the past few days. I've only gotten in a couple of days. I'm hoping I'm passed that point now!

Most of my nausea was from low blood sugar (this is usually the cause in most people). I found eating small, healthy protein snacks throughout the day and especially before bedtime kept me from feeling sick. Eating about 80 grams of protein a day is the recommended for pregnancy, too. I followed the Brewer diet and had a wonderful pregnancy. Some women find that ginger helps, as well. For energy, try Chlorphyll. You can take it as a supplement or get the liquid and drink it with any drink. This helps your blood draw out more oxygen to carry to you and baby. I noticed a difference within the week that I started it. Enjoy the growth of your new little life, mama!

I have heard somewhere that drinking a glass of pomegranate juice in the morning will have an excellent effect on morning sickness. If you try this, you will have considerable improvement from it. This is the best treatment i know which is good for health as well as side effect free. Try it and let me know how do you feel after that.
