Do most of your discussion responses come within first 12 hours?

A lot of us start discussions on Mylot and have some experience now in doing so. I have observed that whatever responses I get for my discussions either come within the first 12 hours or do not come at all. Any ideas on what the reason for this could be? Whats been all of your experience in getting responses to your discussions?

Actually, I've found that I still get random responses here and there a few weeks after posting. I think that about half do come (or more sometimes) in the first day or so though

Most of the time this is true because discussions are new and on top of everything. There are some weird moments when I will suddenly have a month old thread get a ton of replies.

no. i m still getting responses for my discussions.
i have never got responses within 12 hours.
many people respond to my discussions after they see my profile and then if they like my discussions then they respond to my discussions.
have a gr8 time on mylot.
