i am very sad to see the war taking place every where in iraq and the all the decline in local power and us army and un interfering in their matters, the discussion is that why the local people are getting suffered the most??? why we say the people are intelligent they can lead their own life? then why these people are deeprived from their basic laws and fundamental freedom rights??? please give details
