Im an Indian n most of my friend understand Hindi. In hindi its "janamdin ki bahut sari shubhkamnaye". it may be a bit complex for u!!

My sister-in-law is from the Philippines and had her birthday earlier this month - too bad I didn't try saying this to her... In Dutch (spoken in Holland and in Flanders, the northern part of Belgium) it's: gelukkige verjaardag (pronounce it guh-luh-kih-guh ver-yar-dach)

hi, filipino here, too.. in antique, we say it: masinadyahon nga kaadlawan.. but it is not being used now, for we grow up greeting happy birthday to celebrants..
