Can you tell me why is only the stae"bihar" up in political issues evertime. why these people gain their chairs in elections most of the time and they don't allow us to come up.. for example take it UPSC(union service public commission) in this posts for IAS,IPS etc most of the times only people up their are chosen. when even we have that capacity.even one of my friends was kept behind logging for 2 yrs. he was kept an option to pay 20 lakhs or leave it when he was a brilliant student. after two yrs he passed on his own hard work.. can you tell why is this and what we can do???
