what time do you feel the perfect time for lunch

many people cant take lunch regularly at the same time some take early and some take too late,,my self i take it like around 2 every day,,,what time do you feel appropriate for having lunch,,,,

I usually have lunch five hours after I get up in the morning. :) Of course, there's several cups of coffee and a snack prior to that.
