he wants you to sign over your share of the house or he is going to divorce you. Then tells youhe is not in love with you but loves you, doesnt know if he wants you, and lied to you about doing drugs during the marriage?

Get a lawyer and file for divorce. You don't need him and his problems, get on with your life and try to make the best of it. Don't sign over anything you could end up homeless.
