How to attract a guy whilst i'm in a chefs uniform? HELP

Being a chef i can't wear makeup, accessaries or do anything with my hair. What can i do? My uniform is a baggy white top (shapeless) and checked blue baggy pants (low hung crotch). There is a guy i really like at work but we work in different sections so the best i can do is to look nice to draw him in...;) HELP
