how many referrals do u have? how do you make new referrals?

i have nine referrals but the most annoying part is that none of them is active and they havet't even made a post ..so i have to work hard on my own to earn mine and no getting money because of other's work...

I've tried to get referrals but unfortunately I havent been very successful at it. I've sent it to many friends but no one seems to be interested. I have no idea why!!!

I have referred 3 so far and none of them seems to be active now and so need to earn myself no one is helping me.
