Okay so I moved out to Rhode Island a couple of years ago and was introduced to Coffee Milk. You can only really find this in the new england area but it is a syrup much like chocolate or strawberry syrup that people mix into milk however it is flavored like coffee. In Mass, CT and Rhode Island its big in schools and homes. Many kids drink this daily. My question is of the people who have heard or tried that (actually quite tasty) drink do you think it makes kids or people in general more likely to drink coffee? I mean preschoolers and toddlers are having this drink daily what do you think the results will be? Or do you know of any stories of the contrary?

You forgot to mention that Coffee Milk was voted the Official Drink of Rhode Island several years ago. I was born in Rhode Island many years ago. The two brands of Coffee Syrup that come to mind are Eclipse and Autocrat. You are right in saying that it is quite tasty. How I wish I still had some here in Kansas. My thought is that once they get used to drinking their milk with it in it, they will get used to it and gravitate toward coffee, eventually. I have never heard any statistics to the contrary, yet.
