Do you believe in Life after Death?

See I as a Hindu Believe in Lives after death. Most of Eastern religions Do so. They also say that the sins you d oin this Atman(life) will effect the quality of your next Atman. This thought has been rooted in my Mind from childhood so I have been just fear of doing sins. The problem is not refrining ffrom sins but to differentiate sin from other activities. For example I have been thinking that mastubating is a sin for about 3 yrs. I couldnot ask that from anyone bcos of shy. Since that question was unanswered I didn't have any choice except refrain from it. Like this How th sins are defined I dont Know.
