what is life? who we are?

I am confused about life sometimes. Whenever i see an old woman begging at street, whenever i see a kid looking for few change for food I get hurt. I wish that I can change all this but I know I alone cannot do it.
Why life is so complicated? What you can do for people who are unfortunate?

Here is what i believe. I believe that this earth is our hell. In order to go to heaven, we are to learn everything that we can, and make it to the next level, being happy as we can with ourselves, generous, loving, caring, gentle, and protective. It's just like in school, if you don't learn most of that your supposed to, you stay in the grade you were last in, but if you learn it all, you graduate that grade and go on, this is what life is.
It's hard yes, no one will ever dispute that, but you have to make your mark, you have to make your way and hope that what your doing is the best. But always listen to your conscience, because that is God talking to you, telling you what you need to do, and if you feel bad about it, you need to change it.
This is my opinion, if you want you can think like me, if not, that's okay, everyone thinks of things differently.
