I really find a hard time budgeting my money for my day-to-day consumptions. I am paying for my electricity and water bills. At the same time, I am renting my place too. I always fall short during the last few day of each month. Can anybody tell me how to best budget my money? What are the things to be considered first or need to be prioritized? I just need your help on this.
