it is upset stomach?

any nurse or doctor, or anyone can give me some adivce that be great, i had problem after a big meal most of the time buffet, i get a upset stomach and need to go to the bathroom bad, i know it take longer than an hour for the food to get down to the stomach, and i didnt ate anything in the morning to upset the stomach, why is this kind of reaction, why so quick? please help thanks

it cost alot of money and beside it is come and go, i am all fine now i just want to know the cast of it,that way next time i wouldnt have the same thing happend again beside it was not something a really a big deal. thanks you for your thoughfulness
