Who are you?? A rheorical question. To the world we are Indians, and to the Indians, we classify ourselves as Marathi, Bengali, Sikh, Konkani, Marwari, Oriya, etc. etc.Yet when a fellow countryman asks me where I am from, I am at a loss. Should I say that I am a Bengali, because that's what my ancestors where or that i am someone from Kolkata, Sikkim, Jaipur, Patna, Mumbai or Pune?? So at teh end of teh day I classify myself as an Indian, a bengali at heart and god knows what in my mental state. But still, I need to know on a definite note "Who am I??" I believe there are more like me out there, for whom their best identity is that they are Indians, and they find it difficult to be classified into some specific community, no matter what their forfathers were, because they feel, they do ahve traits which are present in different communities that they haev come in contact with.... Step up and speak your heart out!! Let us know what you feel.....

It depends on your attitude. If you surround yourself with the boundry of your country, you are a common countryman. Otherwise you could be a globle person. If you behave with humanity, you will be called a human. If you are doing crimes you will be named as criminal. So open the doors of your mind and prove your skills to this world, it won't take much time to your recognition So do some thing uncommon that's worth for humanbeing.

Okey let me put down my perspective of life and also the answer of this question !! Being Bengali i never lived in that part of the world. I stayed in 6 different places till now. But being from the defense background i have always been tought and believed that i am an Indian and to serve my country and not a particular community!! Now at this point of time i can better describe myself as an Indian than a Bengali !! And I am proud of it !!
