I didn't really make any new years resolution. I don't have to wait for a year just to make plans and improve myself.

think thats prob the best idea, to just flow through the year and gradually build ya self up for it, thanks for reply

Yes I always do. I always make mine to quit smoking. Never happens, so hard to do grr lol

its allwys seem to be yer i will do this year but 2 weeks later oops that did not work ! Again ha ha
