sensitive teeth

Kindly tell your ways to get rid of sensitive teeth . There are a lot ot toothpastes available in market . But nothing is sure. If anybody has any idea regarding chemical which will prove helpful kindlr drop it in here

My teeth are sensitive. I think it is because of all the caffeine that I intake. I use Sensodyne but haven't noticed much of an improvement.

My teeth are extremely sensitive, I cant eat anything that is really cold or really hot. This has only happened since I gave birth to my son. I damaged my teeth by drinking four litres of coca cola every day whilst I was pregnant... I have tried sensodyne toothpaste and found it ineffective. I try to stay away from cold/hot extremes, and anything really sweet. Soft drinks also cause me more pain...
