Programs or Methods to Make Money Online for International Community

Does anyone know of any worthwhile (preferably you have been paid before) money generating programs which accepts and pay international members? I've visited quite a few which was introduced either here or other forums which I participate in but quite a lot of them are for US/Canada or Europe only. There are some which accepts but only have like 1 money making feature out of 30 which international members can participate in which is such a waste of time. So any good ones to introduce? (please post genuine programs or sites and not spam this discussion with links that nearly everyone have heard of like Agloco and such.. Thanks!)
