That depends on how old she is, if she's under the legal age, then it's myspace's responsibilty to report this... they're obligated to do this, legal matters! It's like if you go to a party at some one's house and the neighbor knows that you're under age and the decides NOT to report it.. and they know about the under age drinking. It would be a crime not to report and your neighbor can be charged, the law is the law!! So as far as Myspace.com is concerned they know what the law is, besides it would be a crime not to report it!! Personally, I would report her for underage drinking,... for sure!

While they bring up some points, in that you shouldn't post what you don't want others to know, Myspace is *supposed* to be a way for us to use our right to freedom of speech! A work place that no longer wants to pay the costs associated with taking care of cancer (from smoking) has made it so that if you smoke, EVEN WHEN YOU ARE HOME, YOU CAN BE FIRED! Now while I don't approve of people smoking, firing someone from the job SHOULD be a violation of our basic civil rights. All they need to do is go to the person's Myspace page, and bam, you just lost your job!

Well, I didn't know they can even do that. What happens in students lives shouldn't be a concern of a school at all. I can't believe that happened, that is just wrong if you asked me.

Well, break the rules, get busted. Too many people put WAY TOO MUCH information on MySpace anyway. Guess she should have thought about people looking at her page. Most schools have rules that circumvent "normal" privacy rights when it comes to team sports and activities.

Come on now pat! They have Private there for a reason. Cassidy is right with saying having the picture up there is like bragging about it
