This is a True Story-This happened to my friend--Does that make you wonder....

Since being here and so many people even myself wonderdering "IS THAT STORY REALLY TRUE?" I see more and more people before they start a story are whatever, You see "This is a true story" "This happened to my friend" (are they really referring to themselves) Deep down do you think about it when reading a topic, is this really true, sound true and just go with it... I do post, But not to the onese really sound a little dramatic or do you to earn?

I will read the story and if I sense that there is a problem with sincerity, I will not respond. Unless, he made it clear that he presented a hypothetical case and posted it just for the sake of discussion, which for me is fair enough.

Hi Some of them do sound a bit too good to be true! But you have to read them to make a decision If they dont ring true I dont answer them!

I always give it at least a second's thought in my mind before I reply, when I'm reading a story on here, as to whether it is true or not. But I really don't let it stop me from replying if I feel like I have something to say. I figure it this way.. if the person really does need or want my help, then they can have it, and I will also get paid. IF they are just making it up, then I still get paid, and I've at least tried to help someone! ^_^ I actually like it best when people just post hypothetical questions in the form of a story, actually, and say so. I've responded to a few like that. ^_^
