Should the parents sue?

Last week in north county san diego, a little boy came back from his sixth grade camp and was ill. His parents to him straight to the hospital where they found out he had a staph infection that was affecting his lungs, bloodstream, heart, joints, and bones. They say the illness can't be caught person to person through the air. After hearing all this I was wondering what other people thought about it. I was thinking the parents should sue the camp. How do they not call the parents when their child is sick to at least let them know what is going on.

I think for me, we investigate what had happen at the camp. Ask everybody involved. Then, if they responded good enough it's alright. No need to sue them but advice them back. Tell them please do inform parents if their child sick or etc. If they did not respond good, then you can file a case to sue them. But, I think the parent should refer their lawyer then take the right action for that case. That's my thought. :)
