climate changes: a bit frightening

I just recently heard the news that one famous tourist spot here in the Philippines called Baguio, is colder than LA and Hongkong. Im just a bit concerned coz its unusually cool here in the Philippines now. Much like the feeling it should have been last December (Christmas Season)... What are your thoughts regarding global warming? Are seasons in your countries still normal?

It's a bit alarming really considering that it never really occurs that the climate in Baguio is much cooler in Hongkong or LA. Even in Philippines right now the weather seems alarming sometimes its too hot sometimes its ok. It never really occurs before.
