Are you paid what you're worth?

I've just published a new book: Pay Me What I'm Worth (http://paymewhatiamworth.com) with the goal to shift global (especially western) attitudes about worth from a $$ focus to those things in life worth more than a penny pound or peso (to name a few).
To start this discussion, I wonder about a few things:
- Are you paid what you're worth?
- what does this word - worth - mean to you?
- how do you pay others what they're worth?
On my monthly conference call, I have many more interesting, thought-provoking questions for us play with. I'll post more here when I attain the ability to "copy and paste" things. Until then - I look forward to learning of your thoughts...
