how to install the printer

i have printer name hp laserjet4200n. and want to share it on network. i want to attach different computers with it. how install it and share it.

print server - print server
Its better if you use a printer server so that you have a fast and effecient printer network

On server pc, if it is installed then go to networking connection properties and enable file and printer sharing check box, On client pc's install driver, and it will automatically locate the shared printer

You will need to install the software and drivers on all the computers you want to share the printer with.
