They say an apple a day keeps the dentists away!! is it really true or is that just some old rhyme persionally i don think just one apple would do the trick maybe a apple pluss some others would help or am i worng? if so how???

I think it is just a rhyme someone started. Apples are good for you I eat apples a lot.I think it is just a old wives tale though.
