i don't know what to do. is it necessary to have a debit or credit card for informing during the registeration of paypal account? i don't have such card now. can you tell me if i have to withdraw cash how can i do it.. i have heard of some XOOM account. i stay in india so can you help me on this please.

From what i have heard both credit and debit cards are not
needed initially.Credit card is needed only for collecting huge money.As far as debit cards provided in india - doesn't go well with the form they have in paypal.It is all the time rejected.Leave it there where it is.I have left it there.
mylot is a very interesting place.I think you should enjoy the climate it creates - by that time your prob will also be settled !!

i think you are pretty right but then one more thing kept creeping in my mind was that it takes some fees to transfer money from dollars to currency called rupees??? now what should i do how can we withdraw money from paypal afterwards?? or it can be just used for online shopping

The thing which creeps me even more is that you gotta have a minimum amount of $150 to withdraw cash from paypal.

you dont need a credit card to get a paypal account at all normaly during your registration you will be ask to provide these cards but just ignore it and continue with your registration,you only need a credit card when you want to transfer more than $1000 to your bank account and that just all
