You have lost your mind. lol Why would you not wash your hair more than twice a week. Thats nasty. My hair would be feeling so gross if I only washed it that often.

I wash my hair everytime I take a shower...The only time I don't wash it is when I have it straigtened...because it takes me forever to get it straight! I think Paul Mitchell Shampoo is great you can wash your hair twice a day and it won't dry it out!

about once or twice a week.... my hair is healy looking too :) your hair needs the natural oils, and shampooing everyday can actaully damage your hair :)

Same here, I agree. I wash my hair like every three or four days it is very healthy and pretty. If I was to wash it everyday it would fall out. lol

Oh my goodness! I can't imagine shampooing my hair only once a month. Why you do it only once a month? I do it every day because i have long hair and i want it to look nice,silky, and definitely not smelly. If i don't put shampoo on it they'll get sticky, get tangle up, and very difficult to comb.

I wash my hair every other day. If I wash it every day it gets too dried out. That's crazy you only wash your hair once a month. My hair would be nasty and like matted to my head!

once or twice a week. The longer you can go the better. The ends of your hair need the oil from the top of your hair and you should only wash the top of your hair never the ends.
