have you ever tested your stamina?

I dont know the answer scintifically. There must be some units to measure stamina just like how the weight is measured in kg,pound etc. But if somebody asks how much my stamina is I would like to give the answer like I am capable of running for 5 km non-stop and I can eat 25 bananas at a time etc :)

You cant really measure your stamina but you can feel if you actually have reached the limit. There is a thing called beep test in my school to test your stamina. So every couple of seconds, it will beep indicate that you have to run. the beep is getting faster as the level is increasing. The level is level 1.1, 1.2 untill 1.10 and then level 2.1. I did untill 8.4 and my friend from africa did untill 12.1 He really got the best stamina in school and he was chosen for marathon competition. But when I play badminton, when I feel really tired, I always go on if it is in the competition, I usually go beyond my limit and after that day is gone. I cant wake up early tomorrow and will sleep so much and my body is all sored after that. but its always been fun and I never regret it. I will actually regret if I did not actually go beyond my limit :p
