I was just wondering how many of us act when you are behind a car and they stop and turn without using the turn singel or they are talking on a cell phone and not paying attention to the other diver

As long as there is not an accident, there is little I can do to change someone's habits. It can be irratating when you don't know their intentions and then suddenly they are doing something you didn't expect. It seems like half the drivers on the road are guilty of these practices.
