For me i had a bitter experience.I worked my tail off for the last school I worked at. One of the other teachers was at me constantly to quit working so hard and making everyone else look bad. I wasn't working so hard to show anyone up; I was doing it for the children. However, this nasty woman (who I might add caused trouble for other people, too) sucked her way into the new principal's good graces and filled him full of lies about me. I hardly knew the guy, but he was treating me terribly. I tried to get along and couldn't. So I left.

Yes, my workplace is awful. Low hours, unfairly treated, burned out and stressed out. Everytime I walk in my workplace it seems to be a hopeless case of Anger and Stress that hits me in the chest.

I think that was the best thing to do, but you should have waited untill you got another job? I hope you did. but I don't think a person should work in a place and be stress that no good for you. Did you find another Job? if you are a teacer I know it's not a problem for you to get another job working for a school.
