What is the main problem of Indian Cricket Team?

what i feel is that not just the indian team but indian people as a whole are very inconsistent.. initially when they are needy they work day and night to achieve anything and when they have achieved their goal then that zeal, that spirit starts fading.. and which definitely shows up in their performance. the main problem with the indian team what i think is not they are not talented.. indeed they are very talented... but just at times they lose their confidence in themselves.. If one good player gets out with a low score then the downline just tumbles like a house made of cards.. they lose their confidenfe instantly..
