back problems are often too complicated and for long time . Most of the cases no particular reason seems to be there for problem, still it persists . I too had this problem for some 2 years . Now conditions are far better, still I have to take precautions . Any queries or suggestions regarding back problems are welcome here .

tasi ji and qi gong have really helped me..i was a dicrepid old git lol before i took up this lovely exercise..also pilates is very good..i want to start that aswell when i get more dosh lol..trying not to stress too..as this puts pressure i noticed on the shoulders and lower back..hope this helps a bit..
