How to control the tensions? I'm suffering with so many tensions.

Dear mates, now a day's m suffering with so many tensions, work tension, loneliness here m alone no one is there with me to share my feelings, because my parents are staying in my native place. and i have no girl friend. family tension, so many tension am really can't control my feelings. hence i made this topic here, I hope i can get more information and tips for my problem. how to decrease my headache. to whom i can share my problems? hence so many times i have decided to suicide.have no words to express my tensions, pls help me to come out with tensions

I dont want to sound mean or not caring. But I would try not to think of yourself so much, and think of what you can do to help others out. In doing this you will forget your lonlyness and become happy with yourself. It truely works. Try it.

This is very true - doing for others takes your mind off your own problems, gives you something to do, and who knows you may make new friends. Ideas: volunteer at a soup kitchen or homeless shelter, retirement homes are great places many of these people's families are too busy to visit them and they would love someone just to talk to (bonus you can learn a lot from old people), join a church there are always things you can do around there. Im very sorry you are so stressed out and sad. I think what you need is a break from work. Take a small vacation go see your parents. Now about the girlfriend don't worry you will find someone that is just for you one day. I think what you could so for your tensions and stress get a nice relaxing one hour massage, its great for your body and can definally help with you tension!!! It helps your muscles relax so you re not so uptight everyone should get massages regular for you health. I just graduated from Massage School thats how i know this. Another thing Im not sure what religion you are but i know that if i pray then it great like i have a friend to talk to about anything that is bothering me. I hope you have a great day :)

the best and easy way to control all your tensions and worries is to wake up early in the morning and do some prayer to god and sit infront god statue and do soem meditaions , by doing this not only that u get some energy to get rid of stress or tension and may be your problems will be solved.

Frankly speaking, there is no safety-valve or safety-catch to control one's tension. Everybody has been suffering from it and no one is from its aggressive potency. When I am under tension or I am tensed, you readily tell me to calm down. And again, when you suffer from tension you too tell me the same thing and advise me the same way. This we try to mutually cure ourselves. But still there is no respite for us. Tension is modern man's obstinate disease. As though, it has come to stay with us lofe long. When we die, only at that time it will go once for all. So what to do? How to get out of it? There is no easy remedy. Rather let us learn to stay with it, live with it amicably. Do not rush. It will be in vain.

i think tension is very harmful to our mental and physical health..... i think the best way to control the tension is discuss all matters with close friends , comedy seriols ,jokes ,try to go away from tensioned matter............

hurm.. the easiest way to control tension is with taking a deep breath a few times... relex ur mid and u'll feel ok.. or the other method that i usually use ..-- go smoking.. it really helps...

RELAX... meditate atleast 1 hour daily. exercise walk out. Go into the fresh air green gardens and take deep breaths. Take deep breaths when you wake up in the morning at least ten times. Place a SMILE sign near your kitchen table or office desk whereever is convenient. Look at it after every phone call or every hour and smile.

HI FRIEND, Be cool,you mentioned that you have no friends to share your thoughts,why not its me be friend with me.when you feel most depressed then you try to admire yourself becuase loneliness is a great gift from god to make the life so peaceful. i have alot of stress which cause my headaches and i uauslly go take a nice bubble bath with candles lit and i shut off the bathroom lights. dont worry about anything just take oneday at a time and things will get better. just pray everyday. trust me this works.

Hi, you can do yoga, that relaxes you a lot and gives a positive feeling. you can deep breath when you get headache. Believe me, it helps.

hey!!...here those things you have mentioned....i mean about your tension ....thats basically not at all tension....there are so many peple who stays away from home, being lonely there, keep studying...some of them works.....and not having girl friend is not a issue at all, infact you should think in a way that you really dont have any serious or big trouble...that so mant people has, still they keep smiling all the while....isnt it good to be optimist!!!...best luck...cheers!!!

it is true that their are many tensions in the life.but their are not only..... tensions in the life. you can free your self from tensions by laughter. it is the only cure to your problems.much you will laugh much you will get relief from this problem... HA....HA....HA.....

Is not really easy to control loneliness, depression and thing like that. But on thing certain about it is that it is possible to do that. I once was into the same problem but I was able to do something about. You have to focus on the things that interest you, those things that come from within. Try writing some article, some song, look for things that people around you need. Try giving it to them and they will come looking for you. Make yourself attractive by being very creative this time and you will always have people to keep you company.

The best way to control tension is meditation. It will make you relax and feel better.After getting up in the morning wash your face with cold water2-3 times and sit on one place, close your eyes and don't think anything. or Watch some of the good comedy movies and think that you are in that movie. I will tell you,you will feel better. Else come and chat with us on mylot.
