what iz better to wear for ya eyez?

contacts or glass's I say glasses cuz they do more

both are bad do some good excersise for eyes so that you don't need either glasses or contact lenses.

To me glasses are better because I don't like the idea of something being on my eye. I'll stick with my glasses thank you very much. BTW the previous poster is wrong eye exercises will not prevent you from wearing glasses. I did eye exercises when I was younger and I still wear glasses. And wearing glasses is is not bad. It's better than seeing everything blurry.

Glasses are better but I prefer contacts. I seem to see better using contacts.

I think glasses are better. I prefer wearing contacts because I hate glasses. But with contacts, if you don't follow the care guide, you can wind up with an eye infection.
