Start Up Programs! How Many Programs Start Up When U Start UR Computer? / myLot

I have too many. I am in process of figuring out which ones I have to have and which ones I can stop. And if I stop them from starting up in the beginning, I can always start them later when I need them, right!?

12 but I dont like to run them all from startup just allowed the defaults to set them up You dont need to have them in startup file to use them later

I usually goto msconfig. and then restart but then I also use ctrl alt delete and shut things off that way to.

But you have to do this every time you restart your computer.

I have 7 providers only 6 run. That is good enough for me. Being dial up that is about all I can handle with the time it takes for dinosaur mode to get me linked to the net. Good luck cleaning up your machine. If your things are icons on your desktop you will be able to start them later if desired easily.

Hardly none =) There's three programs which load up at the startup. (a few inside windows) which wouldn't count, since these cannot be turned off. My desktop pc loads a few. probably around 7 =)
