Can we actually have world peace?

World Peace is simply not possible, no matter how hard we all try. Somewhere down the line, someone will disagree with something and start an arguement. However, there is one way we could make this happen... Brainwash everyone and make them all think the same so there is never an arguement.

There have always been many conflicts with each other ever since the world began. We will never have peace, no matter how hard we try. There will always be someone who doesn't like someone else.

I agree with you. Human nature is to covet what other people have and to think that everybody should think the way they do. People are egocentric and selfish and will always think they are right and everybody else is wrong. It's such a shame as people as individuals are wonderful and everybody has something good about them but as a group people become terrible. Until people become more understanding, caring and sharing we won't have world peace. Nationalism has a lot to answer for.
