Hidden adventures in Holland

Does anyone have fun things to do in the Netherlands. Not just Amsterdam, something that isnt touristy in summer. I am going there this summer to see my boyfriend. Maybe theres secret beautiful lakes, something romantic, etc? Thanks for the help. We are also going to Texel, so if there is neat things on the way there, that would be awesome....

If you like flowers, than you should visit the Keukenhof. It is beautiful. Maastricht, in the south, is very nice en romantic. Buy a trainticket (Dagkaart) for a day and travel around Holland. Get in and out where you want to.
