Eating less, exercising more equally good

Eating less and exercising more are equally good at helping take off the pounds. This is my statement. Do you agree?

I don't agree eating less will not only help in loosing weight it will also hamper your looks.but eating more of nutritious food along with exercise will keep yuo fit n fine also you will look young. anyways more of excersise is gud.

yes, along with eating healthier foods like veggies and fruits and foods low in fat and carbs, and drinking lots and lots of water!
