definitely it's a violation of human right to choose. If they could provide a stall for every 20 meters walk where we can smoke, it won't bother me at all. Besides my hobby, I'm a health buff too. I wouldn't want my family or any children get sick of nicotine. I suggest an equal treatment for both non-smokers and chain-smokers. We don't want to be discriminated any more than we already are. People are making a judment on our behaviour based on our smoking habit. This law will reinforce their prejudice. My smoking partners won't cotton to such excesses. We won't come around no matter what. lol

i think ur right ,and also nicotine smoke causes very less harm as compared to the smoke emmision coming out of SUV and all big factories,as far children and non smokers are concerned ,i think every smoker makes it a point that he never lights up a cigg in front of these guys .i think this law is useless piece of legislation

I'm a supporter of that law (also living in Europe) but my opinion is more or less subjective since i'm a non-smoker. Banning smoking in public places it's a good ideea, this way being able to protect the environment and simple people who are forced to be passive smokers. Don't throw stones now, it's just my opinion...

i totaly respect ur opinion but think about the smokers u have to sit in specially designed rooms in a resturant or in some resturant not even allowed to get in ,and how can a smoker enjoy his drink in bar or club without ligting up one ,
