Do you recognize a spam, scam or any other things like this on the internet?

I sure try to learn how to recognize them. Till now i think that i managed to make up some points to lead me to fakes like this on the internet am I'm still trying. There are so many sites like this nowadays that you got a be able to smell them easily. How do you recognize them?
