How do you deal with your Boss?

I think at one point or another, we get to work with bosses from hell. When this happens or happened to you, how did you deal with them (successfully)? I mean, did you ever suck up to them or kiss the behind just to get to their good side, or were you ever pushed to your limit and was forced to resign coz you just cant stomach working with such a person? I asked this coz I'm in a limbo right now and i could go either way... Your responses would be very helpful.

it's hard to work feeling like that u don't no what kind of mood ur boss is in because he complains all the time u feel like they want to fire u u feel like just walking out /watch it my friend ready between the line's seem like ur on your way out if they don't put u out u will find a way out find a new job before they put u out be good play the roll don't sweat fine a new job
