Mylot should restrict new discussions to only once in a week!

As case is true for insertion of photos, If mylot will restrict the user for starting a new discussions only on some fix day or after replying to certain number of responses say for example ten, will controle this flooding of discussions. Second importent suggetion from me is If the discussion is getting repeated user must be alerted before he could send it to the server, this can be programmed. If few of you coinside with my ideas only can promote me to send a request to mylot admin.
