I am having a theme party on 'Mafia' and although it is hard to tie down a fashion theme to one style I am hoping to set a '50s' feel for ladies especially but not sure if it correct or not - which i think would be pencil skirts and sweetheart style neckline for tops or dresses?? hairstyle I am not sure of - maybe a set?? could anyone suggest a website that may help me?? I hope this site helps. The first site has all kinds of neat 50s clothing from poodle skirts to fantasic dresses. The seonc dis all about 50's style down to 50's slang.

The comfortable 50's look was a pencil skirt dress (with or without "Peter Pan" collars), white gloves, and heels
A unqiue idea would be to have all of your attendees speak in 50s slang, you could make a game out of it.
