The bright-eyed with big plans: Advice for merging into your 20's

I turned 20 five days ago. You really evaluate your life at even numbers like this one, or so I've learned. This seems to be a difficult time for myself, and unexpectedly, a lot of fellow students and on-goers my age. Any advice to us young adults from anyone with experience? I'm wondering how you got yourselves out of the hardest hole in your lives, and how you coped with it during the downtime.
