Got any skills that you use when remembering or studying at school or studying and recalling/remembering other things in general? Have you identified what sort of memory you use? Are you a kinesthetic, visual or oral? Should I identify this? What if I'm a mixture of all?

I have to write things down in order to remember them, if someone just tells me some information i will forget it within seconds. Also in order to understand maths problems i have to create a mental picture in my brain of wht the equation is trying to do, if i just look at an equation i can not do it

Usually when I review things over and over, I get them to my long term memory. I don't forget them unless I stop reviewing them for awhile.

I turn it into quick songs, or repeat the order in a way that sounds like a rap... I am good with visual too, but audio and songs I seem to remember forever. - DNatureofDTrain
