I wish I could offer a shortcut way.
But fluency requires months and years of practice.
Ideally, we become fluent by living in the language:
It could be studying it, shopping in it, gossiping in it.
For the student learning English in
a non-English-speaking country,
I suggest practice in reading ,
listening and speaking not writing.
Fluency is possible when you make it a mission.
Writing fluently may come later as an advanced course.
Start reading from common sources available.
Common sources include:
magazines, newspapers, books, and websites.
Notice the words and expressions that you don't understand.
Try to learn their meanings. Look for definitions.
One good way: Consult Merrium-Webster's Online.
In the address bar , type
http://www.m-w.com/
You can also listen to news reports on popular websites like CNN and BBC.
Practice makes man perfect and
the same applies to English and you.
