do you stay up all night?

Why do people stay up all night? is it better or worse than being up durring the day?

Some of us do it because we are insomniacs...If I dont take my meds..I'm up for an easy 21-22 hours in the day....been that way for yrs now..And I suppose I just got used to being a night owl....Daytime is pretty boring to me LOL Unless its summertime..

I cant stand up all night long since I got a fulltime work but if I got a rest day the whole day, I will spend the night in the bar listening to live band anad dancing the whole long lol...The next day Ill spend time with my kid.
