i cant understand about the paypal system ? how can i recive money from mylot

well , , first, , do you have a paypal account already? , , i chose that mylot will pay me through e-gold , , it's because it's available in my country and i can withdraw it , , paypal is also available in my country but the problem is , , i can't withdraw it , ,i can just use it to purchase it online , , so, , when you have qualified already for the first payout , , ($10.00) mylot will process your earnings and will recieve your payment from what payment method that you chose
